Recently, Drimia undata has been splitted into 3 separate species;

Drimia palaestina is the eastern Mediterranean representative. Distributed in the deserts of Israel, Jordan and Palestine this species flowers at the beginning of August when temperatures are way above the 30’s C.

Beautiful, narrow, undulate silvery-blue leaves appear few months later. Leaves rot rapidly if stay wet for too long, therefore should be grown in dry, covered area.

Season is closed now. New season will start June 2025
