
Ferraria divaricata arenosa
A south African species, flowers quite similar to the more known F. crispa but has quite different growth habit. Leaves are rigid, erect, narrow. Need to be controlled in the garden as it may cover large areas due to very effective stolons.

This species grows in SW Turkey and in the Islands of Rhodes, Crete and Kos.
Usually in rock pockets and crevices but also in open fields and pine forests.
