Tulipa aff. systola OP220024
A desert species growing at higher elevetions in South Jordan and the Upper Negev Desert. It has been and still treated as Tulipa systola but its is very different from the original species described from Iran.
It has bluish-green undulate leaves and the deepets red colored flowers. Leaves and stem are hairy.
Needs to be grown under glass, in hot sunny position. Should be quite hardy.
